Profile

Phyllis is a Clinical Psychologist. She is currently studying her PhD in Neuroscience and Leadership.

Her work history entails over 24 years of experience in the field of psychology. This includes employee wellness interventions, team effectiveness facilitation, Emotional Intelligence training, as well as neuro-coaching, using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques.

She has also served as adviser to senior and executive management. Her roles in strategic planning facilitation and in strategic advice, have put her in good stead to balance the needs of the individual and the needs of the corporate environment.

Mammuso Makhanya

Role: Senior Client Relationship Manager
Qualifications: Masters In Public Policy and Management ; Bachelor of Arts, Diploma in Human Resources Management
Area of Expertise: Client Relationship Management – Manages client stakeholder relationships (Board of trustees, committees, Government departments, Non-Profit Organizations in pursuance of clients’/Corporates social investments
mandates. She serves as the primary interface between Tshikululu and its clients

Profile
Mammuso, African feminist has over 30 years social investments / NPO management experience. She joined Tshikululu in December 2013 as a Client Relationship manager (CRM) / Programme manager for the Tertiary Education Programme, and currently the Senior CRM at Tshikululu until October 2021. As a CRM her key focus areas were Client Relationship Management – managing the clients social investment strategy, its implementation and reporting to the client Fund committee. Furthermore, she was managing the implementation of the Tertiary Education Programme. As the CRM she managed / accounted to various internal and external stakeholders on the client’s social investments work. She was later promoted to the CRM of the client Foundation wherein she was managing the client overall social investments strategy, implementation and reporting to the Board of the client’s Foundation.
Current role at Tshikululu: She is now the Senior CRM and her role includes broader Tshikululu company initiatives.

Previous experience: Prior to Tshikululu Mammuso worked as the Head of Sanlam Foundation role entailed CSI strategy formulation, implementation, monitoring & evaluation – focus areas of the Foundation (Education, Environment, ICT), reporting to the Board of trustees, Development of the Foundation communication plans, Liaison with internal and external stakeholders, CSI team management and Compliance. As Head of Nike Africa Corporate Responsibility, her portfolio spanned South Africa, Namibia, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana. She worked on joint projects with teams in SA, The Netherlands, Turkey, UK, Brazil and US. Key focus was using sport as a tool for development addressing gender inequality and HIV&AIDS.

In the NPO sector she served as a Director of Programmes at Field Band Foundation, CEO of an Education NPO – Growth of Children’s Potential and Youth Development Officer at Ipelegeng Community. Other roles served include Head of Total SA Corporate Social Responsibility and CSI Coordinator at Combustion Engineering.

In all previous/current roles she works in collaboration with various government departments including DBE, DHET DST, Agriculture.

Tshepo Molapo

Role: Strategic Information Manager HIV and AIDS and STIs
Qualifications: Postgraduate Qualification in Health Sciences

Profile
Tshepo Molapo works for the National Department of Health as HIV and AIDS and STIs Strategic Information Manager. He is responsible for the strategic planning,
monitoring and evaluation, research, surveillance and tracking of the HIV/AIDS epidemic and developing the effective response. he has extensive experience which spans over two decades within Department of Health. previously he worked for the South African National AIDS Council as the Government Liaison Manager. He has published a number of research articles on subject such as hiv and aids and yearly writes for the district health barometer. Tshepo has represented the country at global meetings in Morroco, Zambia and Australia. He holds Postgraduate Qualification In Health Sciences. He lives in Pretoria, Gauteng and is interested in hiking and uplifting people. over the years he has served on different board and committees such as Gauteng North Mental Health Society, Baptist youth department and Dunduzela children’s home. Prior to covid-19, he led a church initiative termed “adopt a child” which ensured that needy primary school received school uniform. He is an avid hiker and part time serial entrepreneur.
